The one and only one dividend Ecoworld ever reward to her investors was on Jan 2014 (Focal Aim time not count). Hardcore supporter of TSL believed that the corporate is running by a group of experienced team who would never fail the investor. Wish TSL will deliver great result of QR & reward supporter with capital gain, if not in dividend form.

The result consider good. Consider property market are slow at this moment. As previous Q gain and this Q gain less, average up still gain then this is ok. So we be looking the next 2 Qs.
Than sum the total 4Qs to see the gain or lost.

I do not see why the QR is bad. Last QR, profit stood at 21.4 exclude gains from paragon JV. This QR is bout 3+.+, an increase of 50% as compare to last quarter. Now comparing with last year same quarter, difference is only 1m, but revenue higher. All in, investors will keep, but gamblers will sell.
