Hahaha....多年因为是避兰东佬邻居，从一开始买进再1.60-1.80卖出故事早早就说了它一定跌破0.40！再0.3x慢慢收，其实真的等着它清盘再来鱿鱼瓜分地皮，说它运气好还真是，一路上还是有一些国际大鳄借他美金几十个亿看中还是他的地皮，结果还翻身了！过去是每天银楼利息过千万，你没看错是每天千万利息！今随着各个柔，雪，槟州加上首都那比比嘻嘻工程项目个个楼盘完工（还不包挂国外楼盘及股份！），今现金流已开始猪笼入水，预计明年继续下去$1.0根本就只是一个股价暴涨开始！记得，在这里，要玩就必须懂头家背景，最关键必须清楚公司现金去了那几个洞，今后他最大的隱忧就是找不到一个青出于蓝的后继者，连他身边最亲的人都在他最辛苦天天卖出股票套现，这就是人生！kikiki...不贪，$1.0！！！今你们不跟，是你们根本就不懂股市，到时别ai wan就是！kikiki...不贪，$1.0！至于那个讲$8.88的，慢慢等咯！

Bursa is a sectorial play market. So whether it can reach RM1.20, 1.50, 2.00 or even 5.00 depends on whether the property sector is in favor with pundits This has never happened the past 10 years. However, personally I think RM1.00 is certainly possible though I believe Ecoworld deserves to be RM1.60 given its dynamism of management, execution of projects and track record.
