we may see the down -turn for property in years to come ; now ppl r left with nothing to buy any property . Commercial banks r curbing the loans to a max 70 % to property , so if the price is 450k for a property , the max loan is 315k, that means a person must have cash at least a min 135k , everything in will be coming to min 150-160k cash in reserves. Just think how many r strapped with so much cash nowadays ? With the GST around the corner , it will be harder still to own a house . Predictions r properties r going down under no matter what...Just see the outcome in months or years to come....

property counter generally on the decline. there seems no safe bet nowadays. for short term investor, my advise is.. continue to stay on sideline as market going to ve very volatile.

i hold on to my ecoworld n supermax cause i have faith in their management.

like i said... property fundamental is going to be very weak this year. but i started to buy into ecoworld when the price is RM1.70 (that time name focal). my average entry price still very low and i am going to hold this share for long term. i have sold off my other in investment in mitrajaya and e&o.
