the real sorchai is pang chow pooi,everytime he open his mouth the stock is sure 90% down.follow him punya orang sure lose.i follow him on ACOCONUT and TOP GLOVE both also down.the only thing is I can tahan and he cannot.i still can go eat lobsters tonite but now he's on his way back driving his old scooter to the mamak shop to takeaway 2 roti canai for his dinner....hahaha

yeah lo he is a lousy remisier no business have to do part time food panda also,malu pang chow pooi. u see I also know his time,after 5pm balik kampung as usual everyday then 6 or 7 at least only online for a while and today he lost until left underwear now have to go drive food panda....hahaha

国人每天都会收到一至两则这样的SMS短讯，这则国家安全理事会短讯，是由一家私人公司负责发出，这项工作不是免费，可是可以为这家公司带来丰厚收益。
拿到发短讯合约的公司，和执政国盟政府关系密切，这家公司推出的一个智能手机程序APP，就雄心勃勃，要成为国内最大最多人使用的E政府平台，公司负责人发豪言，表示能取代MYEG服务（MYEG 0138）。
拥有该APP的公司是DAPAT VISTA有限公司，该公司控制股权卖给一家上市公司，准备要在下半年大展拳脚，向＂超越MYEG＂的目标前进。
DAPAT VISTA准备要用来攻城掠池的＂IT武器＂是MyPay，用户通过这个手机程序APP，未来可以接通国内360个政府部门的付款通道，完成缴还地税，执照费，罚单等。
DAPAT VISTA创办人是SABRI RAHMAN，曾出任首要媒体（MEDIA PRIMA）董事，是一名政商关系很强的马来企业家。
为了让MyPay成为最多人使用的平台，DAPAT VISTA引进上市公司顶峰（SINOTOP 8532）。
顶峰向SABRI RAHMAN个人持有TELEVISION AIRTIME 有限公司（TAS）的51%股权，TAS持有DAPAT VISTA的20%股权。
顶峰掏出200万令吉现金，以及发行3840万股新股给SABRI。
完成第一步收购後，SINOTOP再从另一家PNB控制的一市公司海德（HEITECH PADU）手中买下DAPAT VISTA另外36%股权，作价757万令吉。
换句话说，SINOTOP总共持有DAPAT VISTA的56%股权，和SABRI共同控制这家科技公司。
SINOTOP在去年底脱售中国一家纺织工厂，套现7000万令吉，卖厂所得除了用来还债之外，，以全面推动MyPay。
SABRI说，MyPay要以东南亚国家的6亿5000万人口为目标。
DAPAT VISTA过去有数项计划取得成功，其中包括和吉隆坡警察部队合作，推出RAKANCOP短讯服务，也曾推出DAPAT网上搜寻服务，让国人可以通过手机查询罚单三万的最新情况。
这两项计划成功後，该公司也在2015赢得政府首肯，和374家政府机构合作，以推出更全面的E政府计划。如今DAPAT VISTA已推出方服务包括PTPTN网上还贷学金服务，梳邦再也市议会，大马考试局，回教ZAKAT付款等网上平台。
DAPAT VISTA去年推出MyPay智能手机APP後，第一项计划获国家银行支持，即在全国开始回收银角计划，预料可通过这项计划，在全国收回总共35亿令吉银角。
该公司将在全国设立收银角站，公众将银角存入机器後，款额将即时存进MyPay的电子钱包内，电子钱包的存额，可用在支付各种账单。
SABRI透露，＂银角运动＂将在下半年推动。
「我们希望MyPay手机APP在2021年时，大马有20%智能手机用户下载。」
为＂壮大阵容＂，SINOTOP礼聘前首席大法官敦查基出任集团董事，五月廿七七再委任亚航董事拿督阿都阿兹出任董事。
因为一连串企业活动，SINOTOP股价从四月廿三日的12仙，一路涨至76.5仙，已涨了近6倍。
SINOTOP的市值为3亿令吉，若它能超越MYEG服务，那真的是无可限量，但是，它还需要时间来证明，它的确有能力。
