It could stage a mild rebound as property sector is one of the beneficiary in this stimulus. But don't expect to cross RM0.60 next week. Will take some time or better earning prospect

the positif impact here is 1) No stamp duty will attractive more purchaser 2) people are entitle to buy with margin finance up to 90%, maybe 100% loan will come back. let say price 700k, discount 10% 70k, loan 630k (90%) no duty stamp. so u can buy with zero entry cost. this is a explonder ..haha.. very attractive

Bank can get loan or not???.....They even give a lot of CASH BACK also FREE up monthly payment up to 24 months just CASH BACK.
Just like markup price.
If S&P price is high I dont think easy to get loan also.
Maybe join names A lot salary above RM 5k after comidment also not go true loan

Automotive, property, banking, glove n oil sector will enjoy much attention on Tuesday. Automotive is a liability but property is asset. So property sector will be better bet

If S&P price is low like RM400k-RM460k.
Remember to check bulit-up around 2000 sq ft for 2 storey n location easy to rent out or not if u r not staying in future.
Alot of Dev bulit very small bulit-up n not very good matrial.

A big turnaround in US employment report leading to expectations of V-shaped economic and stock market recoveries. Expect strong uptrends in all stock markets .
Very positive for Bursa stock prices next week especially for the Property Sector given the announced RM35B Penjana Stimulus Plan to boost our economic recovery, in particular the resumption of the Home Ownership campaign with its huge savings from all stamp duty exemptions for both housing property transfers and loan agreements,
