Bank still give 90% loan if 1st or 2nd house. 70% loan only if 3rd house or above. My brother just got a bank loan last week for 90% to buy a new house from a developer. I think same rule for 2nd hand house
I think developer will give more discount after this especially during this period of time. I know some bank management. Most of the bank nw take precaution and keep cash for own survival and less issue loan, and non performing loan is soar which cause a lot property being lelong.
Nw mny new home buyer ( especially feb-may home buyer) regretting nw, and ask for S&P cancellation as they foresee mny cheap bargain property will be available soon, some seek help from gov to help for cancellation. This is current situation.
Mah sing share price reducing in trend. But divided by tis counter is 10% to 6% each year. Dividend look attractive then other companies. What make tis company stable? Can hold this counter for long? And collect the dividend annually? As FD provide oni 2% interest.

omg... 0.48eps.... last 4 quarters total eps just enough to cover the 3.35 cents dividend.... >< i thought is good result... almost kena trapped today..
