Personally, I rate Tan Sri Lim Keng Cheng a more capable Director than our Chairman Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo. KC is dedicated hard working, no bull shit hands-on type of Director. Feels alot more comfortable in his hands. DYOA
Up buy, down sellllll..... up buy big, down selll alll......further down dont buy....up again buy..... down sell....down somemore dun buy......up buy.... lagi up lagi buy..... start to down... sell all..... down lagi..... take a rest.......go fishing without the baits..... so that even the fishes dun disturb you.... market up comeback and buy...hahaha
Yes agreed with Evo. Lim Keng Cheng is a proven CEO. Lim Kang Hoo more as a self motivated vested business owner. KC and the Kang Hoo each have different ideas on Ekovest. Now you know why KC call it quits and sell off all his own Ekovest holdings.
Lim Kang Ho is not a greeh horn. He owns, hold and control multiple list of companies { listed and unlisted} thru numerous cross holding. PLC Listed on Bursa Malaysia. Example little known construction outfit Knusford and Ekovest, Property development IWC and unlisted IWH. Ekovest is buying 4 parcels of land { paying cash and Ekovest Shares} to Credence Resources Ssn Bhd { privately held by Lim Kang Ho. Ekovest { a construction company} also hold interest in PLS berhad a durian farm owned by Tan Sri. As a shrewd businessmen. Your interest comes first or his own business
If the transactions are at 60 sen per shares, dont you think Ekovest shares price at below 60 is view as Eko made a good deal by using 60 sen a share whereas the share price is below 55 sen
Not a good time to buy. US market looks choppy facing lots of uncertainties & headwind. Our local market will be impacted if major correction in the US equities. Be conservative & prudent in your stock selection.
Market pricing in Wall street jitters. Not a good sign if market drop 6sen .next day rebound 2 sen. Technically a black candle stick means selling pressure { bearish signal } need to wait this afternoon closing
soon9913 is right & this has been my own opinion all along! Knusford is the ONLY undervalued co. in this proposed deal. The other 3 cannot hold their values well in this panic-selling, monkey-see-monkey-SELL environment.
