1589 needs to submit regularization plan by due date (extended 3rd time, each time is 6 months, so from Mar to Sep, then another 6 mth again. At the same time, Botak proposal came out and if approved and accepted by shareholders, then regularization plan is covered inside this merger plan. Paragraph 8.03A is not PN17. But based on Bursa main board listing requirements, due to x number of yrs (3 yrs) a listed company didn't hit the min revenue requirements, the company is required to submit a good regularization plan to Bursa for processing so that the company can continue its listing status on Bursa, otherwise, it may have to be delisted from the market. PN17 is another issue but as for now, it is having Paragraph 8.03A issue and require to submit a regularization plan to Bursa by deadline.
Btw, as mentioned earlier, if investors are worrying about 1589 Paragraph 8.03A, then stay out, there are so many listed companies awaiting for us to invest isn't it? Hihihi.
if u read the proposal properly, KNUSFORD should be benefiting from the corporate proposal.. Ekovest construction is a profitable company (refer to quarter report of Ekovest) with huge order book on hand (RTS and etc) . the merger will only benefiting KNUSFORD to turn it become a profitable company and there will be more contracts to be secure especially from Johor .. and there will be a share split soon.
ekovest price is not attractive due to issuing huge number of cheap stock to LKH soon in exchange for land bank which wouldnt generate cash flow in near future. IWH disposal their lands to Ekovest at Market value but ekovest issue additional stock at RM0.60 only which will significantly dilute the interest of existing shareholder.
but KNUSFORD should be the main beneficiary from the exercise!
Agree with soon9913 ekovest should sell already because you need to issue so many new share to Lim and issue new share your share in hand is diluted if offer price 0.60 your share on hand need to divide by 3 if not who going to pay the additional share issue? The one pay is the existing shareholder diluted. After issue new share the share price become 0.20.
Aiyo, u see uems also big debt low profit. But why price sky rocket? Because of the landbank effect. This will happen in ekovest also. Buy now or it will be too late.
For good decision is I sale first and wait the existing shareholder diluted to 0. 20 I just bought at 0.20. I think 3 month later I will buy back 0.20 share price after issue so many cheap share. Now I run first wait after share diluted just buy back

What a waste, by December you won’t see 0.5 range anymore. Now weak ringgit open up the window for FDI to come in. Once everything set in, ringgit will start going up, share price will rocket up too.

No project. JB still waiting 2026 RTS ready. And danga mall is no land to develop residential. If only shopping mall the location need to see near the RTS or not but currently the place too far to link the RTS
