U need to understand more on the special economy zone. It is a BIG thing. It aim to achieve a standard where both Malaysian and Singaporean are freely run their activities as if like their own country in this designated zone. Which means this zone will practise 2 countries rules. Very energizing.
I think this is in the forest city zone because the agong is the main investor but this will be more at second link area not the waterfront city and danga mall area

The economy zone should be surrounding the RTS bukit cagar. No kidding, very soon as mention by mid-jan2024 thing can be firm up. So pandai pandai collect ya.

Realrich, don’t be so keras kepala, the entire development will spread over the entire JB not specific to only bukit chagar. When FDI come in, the entire place will upgrade. Because of people coming in and live in JB. Population growth, factory, business hub and many more….so many good thing coming!
Bukit chagar areas is no more vacant land to build residential property. That area already fully developed. You only know JB JB but JB is a big city not all places is link to RTS
Risk888 i told you good profitable developer is buy a land at bukit chagar and build the residential property to sale to buyer and earn profit, But now ekovest is buy a dead shopping mall is call (Reit) they want to earn rental income. If danga city mall is good location now they won't be a dead mall.
