We are talking facts... In a Bull Market all undervalued stocks will be lifted up above water...Mkland is trading at a massive discount to its Net Asset n Revised Net Asset...it is undeniable by now!
watch out on mk land. company is dieing, cannot so much on development already. they survive based on selling land and premium land geting lesser and lesser now.
Who cares Tai Yee, tis company has massive valuable land that can convert into huge profit which in turn wil increase dividend payment to shareholders...it has near zero gearing...if they have to sell all of its land tat they have no intention to develop, tis company is worth OR has a whopping Revised Net Asset Value of at least 2.50-3.00 per share...this is due to the fact that their land cost 30 years ago when acquired was super low...Now their total land value is worth more than 5 billion if undeveloped...When developed, it has a total GDV of estimate 16 Bil that doubled what Glomac is having...at 0.17 it is stil dirt and deeply undervalued compared to its massive landbank n strong balance sheet...
Let's do a basic calculation here....its total Land held for development is ard 780 million that is based on book value by accounting standard...Mkland has a book value of 1.00 currently...NOW its total value of all of its landbank is worth more than 5 billion after more than 20 years of appreciation...After deduction of its acquisition cost last time, its current massive landbank has a Surplus of estimate 4.2 billion...tis surplus is wat brings tremendous value to Mkland tat wil surely inflate its RNAV to the sky...i have an estimate of at least 3.00 per share for its Revised NTA compare to its 0.17 current share price which is unbelievable
Most investors are blindly chasing Glove Stocks that has gone out of fundamental P/E value tat is so explosively overvalued that brings super high risk...it is time to look at undervalued hidden gem like Mkland that has super low risk... It is time to start a full coverage of tis forgotten fallen...
All glove stocks are falling back like a brick now... It is time to shift focus from overvalued glove stocks to undervalued property stocks...time to divert fund to Mkland which is still a great laggard...

I believe it can touch 0.20 by August end...Most penny stocks started to move...Mkland deserved to be rerated due to the fact tat it has plummeted steeply fm 0.30...even it its earning is slow n unattractive, we sure could use some sense to calculate its massive land value to know the huge discrepancy between value n its market price tat is clearly undervalued by us all...4th qtr result should improve supported by land sale n final dividend is expected to be 2 sen to my guesstimate...
Several projects are ongoing such as Affordable house development in Bukit Beruntung, Meru Perdana, Simpang Pulai and Klebang Putra n Bukit Merah as well...Mkland is working on the next coming project in its jewel in the Crown Damansara Perdana land which is the most valuable of all...We are hopeful tat MK wil dispose its 98 acres of its undeveloped landbank in Setiawangsa KL tat could bring in at least 200 million to its balance sheet hence hefty dividend to Sholders...
It is interesting to know tat even a plot of its 98 acres of its Setiawangsa land is more than its mkt capitalisation of 169 million currently, the rest of its remaining landbank is all FREE it is like u buy 1 plot of land BUT u are given free another 8 plots of land...it is surprising n unbelievable but tat is the truth...it is up to you to digest rationally...
In coming weeks it should rise as most property counters started to rise gradually n most loss making penny stocks already doubled n tripled in price...Mkland is next on the trading list as it is cheap...

0.20 is coming and 0.30 by year end target...and 2 sen final dividend by expectation
