Its segments consist of Property development and related activities that include the development of mixed properties and its related activities; Leisure that operates resorts/hotels, golf course, and theme parks; Investment holding invests in subsidiaries and property investment; and Educational provides educational services. Majority of the revenue is derived from the development of mixed properties.

Super growth is on the way as Mkland aimed to secure at least 250MW of RE projects to solidify its position as a player in the Malaysian RE sector...this target is huge as it is 6 times larger than what MK has secured so far, around 40MW currently...MK is also planning to develop floating Solar farms in Bukit Merah Lake too...Reiterate BUY!!!

250MW of targeted RE projects when secured is expected to channel recurring income stream to Mkland in the long run...Its EPS is set to rise in coming years not forgetting MK is planning industrial Park in Bandar Teknopolis Perdana moving forward which is should put Mkland on the map again as a profitable company in the future...

Akan tetapi saya berharap nemesis jgn terlalu syok dlm suruh org membeli mkland kerana ianya jelas bahawa tiada apa yg akan berlaku dlm waktu terdekat ini. My eyes witnessed the explosive rise of UEM from 0.26 to above 1.00 and E&O property fm 0.30 to above 1.00 in just within one year...What these 2 companies have in common that warrant such explosive rise???
It is bcos of future catalyst that can be found in their massive landbank that can drive future earnings...Mkland is an unpolished diamond that is yet to be discovered but its future potential cannot be ignored due to its huge landbank in Northern Perak n valuable land in Damansara Perdana...Now the biggest immediate catalyst to move Mkland above 0.30 is the coming big win of the LSS5 project that will definitely put MK on the map of Renewable Energy industry...Reiterate BUY!!!
