To all my comrades here, it is interesting to know that Perak Corp rose 85% today in just a single day trading and as you all know Mkland owns 4,000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Perak state...Is something brewing behind perak state tat both Mkland n Prkcorp were trading actively when most other stocks were in Red just now?????...Mkland might be next to be Gorenged like Perak Corp tomolo and Mkland is a fundamental stock while Prkcorp listed as PN17...Whatever it is we should see MK to continue its upward thrust above 0.20 tomolo...Perak theme will dominate trading tomolo and Mkland is the best candidate to ride the uptrend... Yes. Perak Corp signed an SPA with Socso on the 17/12/2020 for the sales of Ulu Kinta 50 acres land for RM78 Mil. This Ulu Kinta land is next to MK Land who also possesses 92 acres of Ulu Kinta land there. Just imagine how much MK Land owning 92 acres Ulu Kinta lands worth?

Lets come together and ramp tis counter up again nxt week our target is above 0.30 to reflect its fair value...0.17 is just too cheap and ridiculous...tell me which property counter gives you 4800 landbank at just 0.17? U can't find such counter other than Mkland Holdings Bhd...

Mkland has 4000 acres of undeveloped land in Perak state...how much it is worth now? About 200 acres in Damansara Perdana which MK is the ultimate largest land owner in Damansara ...about 500 acres in Bukit Beruntung, 55 acres in Setiawangsa KL and the remaining in Langkawi Kedah...All tis sum up the hidden intrinsic values of Mustapha Kamal Land...most developers have better earnings but very little land which they need to fork out money thru Right Issue or private placement to acquire landbank tat will surely dilute Sholders value...Mkland has so much of land dun even need to tap on its balance sheet to acquire land for future development...they just need to sell it to unlock values or develop it when the time is right...All these finally generate tremendous value to Shareholders in the future...at 0.195 it is still a goldmine and undervalued gem...Reiterate BUY with a target price of 0.30+++
Mkland is undervalue stock. long time big player accumulating. IT will fly, and later the revaluation of land and stock price will be announced soon. NTA now is 0.99, it sure triple jump, Price will follow fly.

Nemesis. I love to support you to make MK Land returns back to its former glory not at RM1.00 a share but to the highest glory of RM3.60 a share like in the year 2000. This is possible provided the whole KLCI rally up to above 2000 points together. Without the KLSE general public support plus the Foreign Investors coming in like in 1996, going up to this level is quite impossible. I fervently hope that The World Shares and Stocks notice that MK Land shares are now heavily under-valued and it is time that the US Investors notice that MK Land shares ( a confirmed stable, undervalued and strong company ) are now trading at the lowest of all stocks in the KLSE today at RM0.19 which is still 520% below the real intrinsic value of RM1-00.
If we take a look at the Property Counter, there are hardly any public listed companies with a Paid Up RM1-00 Share except MK Land. They are mostly 10 sen shares or 20 sen or 50 sen counters. Take for example JKG Land who happens to be a 10 sen paid up share. If JKG Land shares are trading at 9 sen each, it means it is trading at 90 sen a share if we convert JKG Land shares back to RM1-00 share like MK Land. Take for instance, if MK Land can do a little share restructuring exercise and announce a share split from RM1-00 to RM0.10 restructuring, MK Land shares are now actually trading at 1.9 sen a share. Tell me, where can you find a 1.9 sen good counter shares in the world. If really MK Land did a share split exercise from RM1.00 share to 10 sen share, I am very sure MK Land can easily be trading at 4 or 5 sen at any time of the year if convert back to RM1.00 share again, will be easily mean MK Land can fetch 40 or 50 sen a share today.
The ultimate jewel in the crown is its 200 acres Damansara Perdana undeveloped landbank located opposite Empire city and surrounded by IKEA, kota Damansara, the Curve and Sri Damansara...these are matured township that surround Damansara Perdana which wil make tat last piece of land very valuable and priceless in the future...Any big developer wil surely eye Damansara Perdana land and MK can dispose at very high price...
