0.30 is just a decent and fair value to be given to Mkland in comparison to Glomac and E&O in this property downturn...MK GDV is even much larger than Glomac so 0.30 is fair comparison...

Property re-rating is coming soon...Gradual drop in Covid cases plus super low interest rate augur well for the property market...sentiment wil improve with the coming inter state travel ban lift...Now is the best time to pick up Mkland before it goes up to 0.30

We are hopeful to get interim 1 sen and final 1 sen by year end...total 2 sen for 2021...at 0.20 MK is still deeplly unvervalued really need to catch up wit Glomac...It is unjustified for a landbank rich developer to be traded at 0.20, hence awareness must be enhanced to lift up this counter...

0.30 is reachable playing catch up with Glomac which is much smaller than Mkland but trading at 0.34...we hold firm to that initial target price with dividend on the declaration soon...

This is just the initial stage of Property Recovery...Property sector slowdown is entering 8th consecutive year and the worst is Over even the ugliest headlines won't bring down its share prices as most ve reached bottom...history tells us Stocks wil bounce back when it hit Rock bottom due to 10 years market cycle

Buy when it is still cheap. Look at all other stocks, they are all so expensive already. Dont be left out. We are holding on to our stock. Once sold, we cannot get them back cheap. MKLand is still the cheapest in term of their NTA of RM1-00 per share.

Yess... Buy when the blood is thickest and and when you witness others are fleeing for safety...the time has finally come after 9 years of turbulence in the property mkt... It is Over, it OVER!!!! The worst is Over!!! For those still holding to this defeated and hopeless stock, just cling tightly to MK as we ride thru 0.30 level next week...the hopeless shall turn prosperous again!!! Property sector wil be back on the radar screen from now on....the revival of Property market is coming, so far MK is the cheapest among all the developers tat have massive landbank...Mkland must be rerated next week to 0.38-0.50 to factor in property recovery optimism...even Huayang and Gromutual that are smaller than Mkland have already risen above 0.30...So next week MK is surely NEXT on the rise!!!! BUY BUY BUY before you regret!

Bcos MK is categorised under property sector and property has been the worst performing index of all...MK has slowed down new launching for the past few years due to property oversupply...not many ppl are willing to buy property stocks, but it is turning around soon...MK's real intrinsic value is found in its 4800 acres of land which has very very low land cost last time... Today tat land value has risen at least 6 folds and that is what makes this counter so valuable and undervalued though its earnings are not impressive and weak...Soon we won't see MK below 0.30 anymore as it wil be re-rated upward...

Property biz is really shit right now.But u must know dat stock market runs ahead of fundamenthal.Easily 6-9 months earlier than earnings.So buy now while it's still cheap.

Dun be sceptical again!!!...how I wish it might come down tomorrow so tat I can acquire more but the fact is that analysts n fund managers are in the midst of diverting funds to recovery and battered stocks...So Mkland wil explode next week due to 3 reasons...First it is a great laggard among developers with huge landbank, secondly it has just disposed Setiawangsa and lastly, the prospect of interim dividend declaration...i wil put my nemesis name to the chopping board if MK doesn't rise higher n higher next week...

There are 2 ways to value a company...FIRST of course it is earning followed by Assets n intrinsic value behind it...Asset play is one method to determine whether a company is undervalued... A company might not be profitable but if its balance sheet is sitting on massive undervalued landbank that if disposed could bring tremendous value to shareholders, then it is considered as deeply undervalued!!! Mkland is such last remaining Asset Play counter tat I m talking about tat is still trading below 0.30...

eps too low even though NTA high at rm1. Not efficent in translating it into earnings.

However, very good to privatise it now at 50¢... hahaha... new owner will be smiling till head..
