I find it proper and is the best for Eg and the shareholders so far, try to imagine if the Tai family didn't do anything .... what would be the price for Eg now ? Likely below 10 cents I think... They can say anything, it's what they do. Who's going to stop them from using it for borrowings especially when the company has cash flow problems. Let the company die because of what it is stated?

It is stated in the news report by Alex Kang CEO, of RM60+ million, only RM10 million pay debt. The rest to upgrade machinery + acquisition. Read carefully please before commenting. The company earnings have been improving YoY, why so worry? If loss making can understand worry. EG far from loss making. Cashflow comes from earnings.

My view is result is good but announce earlier so that those of you thinking that result is not good & need extra money to subscribe, so SELL off your holdings. Then, the market maker will take away your stocks. Waiting for 1 year and finally cheated by market maker again because you sell off already...

Usually right issue will dilute the share, share will drop & rise into price suitable for issue price like right issue on 2015. The things is price maintainced around 80c which r good thing.

I don't any fishy thing here, to put in officially announcement and seek necessary permission by next EGM .

Genuine investors has made necessarily move lar.
Some heavy weight investors already adjust or adding furthur weight for EG-wc few months back lor.
