Just imagine what time r best to announce right issue? Remember it is differ to right issue to pay debt than to business expandation. Usually share price indicate what their right issue for.

i m holding eg for a year long and i believe eg would give me a good returns if i give it a little patience to develop. however, the frequency of raising capital confused me, the co. raised capital in 2015 and in less than 2 years' time proposed RI to raise capital again. It showed me they seems inefficietly in managing their finances, whenever need money jz get it from public, at least the management have to convince us and put some effort in improving the company cash flow besides expansion. Just my view -.-

everyone has their own opinion. Argue also no point la. Let the final outcome be determined by the price. Just use logical deduction, EG do rights issue + bonus, value at 95 sens. If mother below 95 sens, will anyone subscribe? No right? So will the mother be below or above 95 sens when time to subscribe for rights issue? think for yourself.

rcps is good to investors who want to participate in the rise of the company while insulated from a drop in share price. You get paid dividend and have the options to convert into common shares when the share price increases

2morrow some signed of recovery should set in after some feared RI might diluted the shared price and secondly some unable to subscribe for the Rl. The mother share is not badly hit but the WC suffered more injury for those who bought earlier or yesterday.Should stabilise likely 2morrow
I was quite lucky that I didn't bought the wc yesterday and l picked some when the price was cheaper . No bad seal lah with some over reacted

其实目前这个0.93价钱是相当值得买入的。因为right issue是set在0.95。如果到时出了OR后母股不能升到超过0.95的话，那么整个计划就告白了。
既然如此，那么母股要升到多少才有吸引力呢？我个人觉得应该要到1.10。股东们以0.95的价钱买入1.10的股票才会有吸引力(discount 20%左右)。OR当天应该会调到0.08~0..1之间。这样外面的人才会看得上(0..1 0.95=1.05)。
如果母股当天是站在1.0左右的话，大部分的股东都会看不上眼(只赚0.05)。OR直接丢去市场便宜卖。那么外面的人更加不用说了(跟直接买母股没什么分别)。这样公司怎样筹资64m？
所以说升到1.10是必然的。以0.93目前价买入3个月之内可能升到1.10你们认为值得吗？
最后想说的是这只是个人观念，买卖自负。

yes, if u r a long term investor!!!!! but many ppl here, including me are hit n run traders!!!!! do u notice that the number of 'gamblers' has increased to abt 20% of the transactions? so ppl like me will certainly bargain hunting when there is price drop!!!! today q at 0.565 for war, almost got it, when as low as 0.57!!! tomolo i will q again, as low as i can see becos big volumes due the next 2/3 days!!!!

hope, i dont step on ppl's nerves, just sharing my thots!!!! kikikikiki

Musangking you are quite right when the market hot up, the increased in gamblers will increase to 20%. Just when the market shift mode, this short term contra will run like no 2morrow since they cannot afford to loose more since some who bought in bulk will even mortgage their pants if they insist to run faster than others.But buying in bulk sometimes can make huge profits out of few cents and must see cun cun lah not depending on the bomoh or fortune tellers con man........ kikiki!!!! I bought some wc today quite cheap lah to see can Cari some beers money to soothe my drying troat...... hahaha! Hope for the best 2morrow lah ..... either kopi o will do if no carlsberg.

i q at 0.565 today.. but the lowest was 0.57!!!! just miss by a whisker!!! i will try my luck tomolo ... as heavy volumes due these few days!!!! hope it will not come down!!!! so that u can make some beer!!! but if it reli goes down... i will be waiting!!!! kikikikiki!!
[ few monts ago, institional buying amounted to 90%, but now it goes down to 80%, an indication gamblers are increasing!!!}

Musangking, l bought WC when it reaches 0.57 and I waited sometimes when it started to rebound slightly at 0.59 hovering back to 0.58 quite sometime. So I think and consider it has gone down to lower than 10℅ and l finally I decided to bought at 0.585 which I considered is quite ok when the market is still hot is hard to get very cheap lah . I am quite happy since after the US presidential election and Trump was elected as president, I profited most of the counters that l of late invested and don't mind to loose some back in wc if things goes the other way. Quite frankly bro, this several weeks not me alone profited but many since the market is quite satisfactory . I think Venx sifu bought quite early for this counter if I'm not mistaken. Cheers bro ! Arm urself with bullets to fire if it happened to dropped more and l still have adequate funds to leverage it it goes lower . Many badly hit in this counter with the sudden RI issue.
