I find,EG the second laggard in term of equity price after Guh.

What a big miss match of fair price to its peer; since EG has delivered pure core operation profit with continuing 2 consecutive qtr.

It is very hard to say.. I no longer want to waste time on it because my sifu advise is always follow thru with your winning horse, sometimes it is faith...but GUH should do better soon, because the momentum is always being pressed down somehow.. I think collection is not done yet.

Guh is a solid EMS player... I think ,, to make strong wind in EMS..
One must follow the rite product porfolio (the right pricipal), be it vertically or horizontal integrated practice.
PCB only allow poor profits.

2. i played Eg when it was ard 50 sens few years back!!! i went in n out until 90 sen! now i bot anak at 54 sen, just a bit. I am very patient here! Why? Remember, few years back, there was a pp to a Singapore firm at 1.00 and the share never went up to 1.00 when the pp was done!!! it took quite long to hit more than 1.00! now right issues is 95 sen, so will the mother share hit more than 0.95? from past exp, no( hope am wrong)

Frankly speaking , I hv made Eg my pet back to 2015 at $0.460 before the fundraising..
I manage to reap huge profit in Eg.
Same way I did it in Inari while at $0.480 long ago, the results were handsomely.

Automation= Industrial revolution 4.0... This wave has been going on in Europe for almost 5-8 years. China has seriously look into it finally last year, as its population continue to move into middle income level. Labour cost are no longer cheap.

We need to keep ringgit at a competitive level to attract FDI. Low forex for ringgit make it less attrative for foreign workers to come here as well.

As technology gets more advances, size, weight and material get towards a nano level. It is getting further away from our own human natural capability. Robotics is the most cost effective, lower downtime, more margin of safety hence increase profit margin.

Penta is a natural choice for me, I work with the manufacturing line previously, I know the potential,growth and demand for its products. PE 16-20 is a fair valuation for Penta.
