To all sifus here, what will happen to EG-Wc after ex preference share ?

in section 4.1, there is a note under minimum scenario, 11,343,216 EG-WC will be issued (ratio of 1 for every 5, correspond to bonus issue). However, under section 4.2, same minimum scenario, the 5 mil EG-wc on Mr. Terence hand did not become 6 mil after completion of rights issue and bonus issue.

I find this kinda confusing.

Minimum is the bottom line to be achieved from th proposal.
Doesn't achieve target , R.I. proposal go lapse.

Maximun, is assuming fully subscribed of the offered shares by market.

Minimum scenario:

RCPS= 52,890,998 plus
additional warrant-c = 11,343,216

Maximum scenario:
RCPS = 67,296,172
no additonal warrant-c
