The porpose of listing is to get a public fund, where it is low interest,no need to pay regular monthly loan, and they might need to pay some divident. Listing also they can get fund to expand their business model at low cost compare to borrowing from bank.
There is a lot of reason they wanna do listing in singapore, as they are the sea financial hub, with a better financial product, and incentives to foregin company. So, the dual listing give them benefit to better manage their finance, and also their money flow....

According to historical chart pattern, everytime TSH mthly gold cross it will rise 50 to 200 %.

The only tool FED has now is to increase rate to over 10% to keep the additional 20 trillion in check in 10 yrs time.
5% to 6% FED is already breaking up internally.

CPO from 0 to 4k (highest 7k)
in 10 yrs time 30 trillion to 50 trillion
Can you imagine how much money will be going into Mexico , South America, Africa, ASEAN, INDIA, CHINA .
All these low incomer will become richer and the massive commodity they will consume.
0 to 30 T=4k cpo
30 to 50T= 8 k CPO

Every year increase by 2 Trillion is going to push average CPO by RM200 to 300.
If you see the historical trend line of CPO is like Gold.
All the way bull trend because USD buying power is decreasing over time.

These are some positive developments upcoming for Tsh

1. RM,273 MILLIONS BALANCE CASH FROM BULUGAN LAND SOLD will make Tsh cash rich as it has only Rm95 millions loan left

Once cash comes in Tsh will be debt free and cash rich

2. Very soon Tsh will get a dual listing in Spore with exposure to both Spore Funds and Funds from worldwide

Tsh will maintain its total paid up shares of 1.388 billion shares

As shares are taken up in Spore there will be less and less in Malaysia as the same cake is offered to all

last night US raise interest rate by another 0.25% to 5.5%

This will be good for CASH RICH CO

TSH fortunately pared down it's borrowings from Rm1.5 Billions to only Rm95 mil

Since Tsh owns 105 million Inno shares at Rm1.36 Tsh has Rm142.8 Millions liquidity in Inno

that alone covers all loans if shares of Inno are sold

Plus Rm273 Millions cash from Bulugan land sold will also come in near future

All these buffer up the Strong operating cash flow of Tsh

I have a strong buy on this plantation counter irrespective of whether listing or no listing in Spore. CPO price remain strong at 4K/tonne and very good dividend yield. It's one of the cheapest plantation stocks with huge upside potential

When there are call warrants attached to a stock and when the call warrants are near maturity date the IBs that issued the warrants normally will press down the mother share so that they won't lose money. TSH has got call warrants maturing in Aug 21 having said that it's still a very good bet buying the mother now !

Buy the mother share and keep until all the warrants matured you will be guaranteed of min 20% return within 6 months. I have tried that on many other stocks with call warrants maturing bcoz the IBs will make sure you lose money instead of them the issuer hehe
