Just ponder, why TSH want to list on SGX out of sudden?
Not impulsive decision apparently.
RSS and call warrant position in jeopardy.

Just look back TSH history.
Big movement always accompany with TSH corporate move every few years.
Still got time to 2024.
Cup and handle forming btw.
Monthly chart it is Golden cross soon.
After that it will go back to up ward channel targeting rm2 .

Now we have seen Bplant rose to new high for this year at Rm1.24

Matter of time Tsh will also follow

And Tsh is more solid than Bplant if you know the balance

We bought Bplant at 57 sen and now Rm1.24 while we bought Tsh at Rm1.09 and now Rm1.02

Since then Bplant had given out 24 sen dividend or Rm544 millions

Look at Bplant balance sheet

It has Rm830 million borrowing and about Rm99 mil cash
So bplant still got over Rm800 mil loan

Now Bplant in end 2019 had a loan of Rm1.3 billions

So bplant pared down its debt by Rm500 mil and gave out Rm544 mil as dividend

Combined Bplant by asset sale and cash from operation improved by Rm1.044 Billions

With 2.2 billion paid up shares Bplant generated total cash of 47 sen per share

24 sen went to pay dividends
23 sen to pare down debt

And share price of bplant up from 57 sen to Rm1.24 (up 122%,)

So Bplant made 47 sen per share and price up from 57 sen to Rm1.24

While Tsh made Rm1.03 and share still at Rm1.02

Why the discrepancy?

Answer:

Ib banks have issued many call warant to bet again Tsh by giving neutral call and then do Rss on Tsh to suppress prices

Example is Amsec of Aminvestment bank
A check with Tsh Annual Report(refer bursa official website)

Tsh top 30 holders for year 2021

No. 30. Amsec (ambank) 7,280,600
Aminvestment bank owns over 7.2 million Tsh shares

Reason for holding is (hedging)
And that is betting against Tsh due to its many call warrants

2. Naysayers like SEE_Research been spamming to discourage weak holders to let go cheap

Pilot project to collect used cooking oil for fuel starts

An initiative to collect used cooking oil as a main raw material to produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) has started, says Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.

The initiative is a collaboration between the Plantation Industries and Commodities Ministry and PETRONAS. For a start the programme will be implemented at PETRONAS station 1, Precinct 9 here, PETRONAS Subang Bestari and PETRONAS Kota Kemuning 1 in Shah Alam, Bernama reported.

Starting in 2027, the use of SAF is mandatory for all ICAO member states.

Fadillah said the initiative also aimed to meet the aspirations of global sustainability goals and provide added value to the country’s palm oil industry supply chain.

This will then lead to a positive impact on the price of palm oil.

“The government is committed to developing the palm oil-related industry in an effort to improve the lives of entrepreneurs and smallholders,” he said.

Fadillah added that the public should also consider recycling used cooking oil which can help to generate some side income.

The recycled cooking oil is collected at rm3.00 per kg. its even higher than some low quality cooking oil.
with SAF collecting recycled cooking oil at such high price.
CPO price is indeed cheap now.

Using low quality cooking oil at rm2.50 for business and resell it at rm3.00. No need to reuse cooking oil again and again. Means more consumption of palm oil.

1) Future Wealth is represented by a young graduate fresh from School. Usually a young man in his mid twenties.

He is still young and yet to buy his own house. He might own an affordable car or just a motorbike.

This is represented by a very young company. Management is full of ideas, ventures & mergers. Full of energy & hope. Lots of enthusiasm during IPO. See how many write up to promote this newly listed company. Gullible people are chasing. But the stock is yet untested. Business yet to prove itself. All hype and hope for Wealth still in the future!

Calvin rarely invest in this type of company. Better avoid.

Calvin will buy some. On one condition. He looks for a fair price to enter. Best is during a market crash or overlooked by the market.


BUT CALVIN WON'T PAY A HIGH PRICE FOR THEM WHEN PRICES ARE INTO OVERVALUATION. IF YOU OVERPAY FOR ANYTHING. CHANCES ARE THEY WILL UNDERPERFORM THE MARKET FOR A LONG TIME TO COME LATER.


3) Past Wealth.

This is an old matured person in his 50s, 60s, 70s or even 80s

He once was a young graduate with Vision. He moved on to be a very successful businessman in his prime. So he has used his earnings to buy lots and lots of Assets like Lands, properties, warehouses, shophouses & other investments of Value. CASH OR EARNINGS CONVERTED TO REAL GOOD SOLID ASSETS - SO HIGH NTA REFLECTED IN BOOK VALUE.

As he is already old he slows down. He takes less risk. He looks for Capital Preservation First with a View to Growth. But usually things are more settled as he is no longer as hungry like he was as a fresh graduate once.



So I avoid buying stocks with "future growth" hype. Selectively buying Present Growth Stock if I SEE VALUE. And love buying into PAST WEALTH STOCKS OF IMMENSE VALUE SELLING AT DEEP DEEP DISCOUNT


I avoid the young man company with hope of future wealth. I will buy some (only selectively) the mature company of present wealth if they sell at reasonable prices. I concentrate on Deep Value Stocks of PAST ACCUMULATED WEALTH SELLING AT DEEP DISCOUNT

Actually assigning Rm10,000 per acre value for Kutai/Nusantara lands still too low.

Up north in Kutai East is Bulugan Regency which Tsh sold 32,000 acres for Rm731.09 millions which is about Rm22,800 per acre.

Tsh sold these lands for Rm731.09 millions and made Rm465 millions while it's cost was Rm266 millions

Since Kutai now transformed into Nusantara the new capital of Indonesia it will see more development and one day prices of land here might rise up like those of Putrajaya

Jokowi govt sets final Rp 40.6 trillion tranche for Nusantara next year
At least Rp 35 trillion is earmarked for the Public Works and Housing Ministry to develop vital infrastructure, including a VVIP airport.

JAKARTA – The government plans to allocate a staggering Rp 40.6 trillion (US$2.6 billion) in next year’s proposed state budget for the construction of the country’s Nusantara Capital City (IKN) project in East Kalimantan.

At least Rp 35 trillion, or 86.2 percent of the total amount, is earmarked for the Public Works and Housing Ministry to develop vital infrastructure, including a VVIP airport. The remaining funds are designated for other relevant ministries to develop the necessary facilities in the new capital, including a hospital.

Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati told reporters on Wednesday that the funds were intended to develop critical infrastructure for the nation’s administrative complex, as well as housing for civil servants required to relocate from Jakarta to the new capital.

“Our priority in 2024, ahead of moving the capital, is for us to see that the government complex and supporting [facilities] can be [completed] next year,” Sri Mulyani told a press briefing on the proposed 2024 state budget.

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s second and final term ends in October 2024, which means this is the last year he can direct resources toward erecting the new capital. The President aims to celebrate next year’s Indonesian Independence Day in Nusantara.

Public Works and Housing Minister Basuki Hadimuljono also addressed the briefing on Wednesday, saying that the IKN development project was estimated to cost at least Rp 65.5 trillion between 2022 and 2024.

In previous years, the government allocated Rp 26.72 trillion in 2023 and Rp 5.24 trillion in 2022 to the project.

Sri Mulyani also made assurances that, considering that the new capital was a long-term project, the role of the state budget would gradually diminish and give way to other funding sources beyond the state coffers.

“We have been supporting the IKN Authority to design projects that use public-private partnerships, thus reducing immediate reliance on state budget [funds] and aligning with the long-term fiscal capacity of the state budget,” she said.

Public works minister Basuki said the Nusantara development project had reached 30 percent completion and vowed that the priority stages of the project would be completed by next July.

These encompassed the presidential palace, a ceremonial space for hosting new year’s Independence Day celebrations, the offices of the four coordinating ministers and the state secretariat, as well as vertical housing for civil servants, members of the Indonesian Military (TNI) and National Police personnel.

Basuki also announced that construction would commence next month on 47 towers as dedicated housing for civil servants, though only 12 towers were expected to be completed by July 2024.

To date, the ministry had finished construction on Sepaku Semoi Dam, which would supply water to the new capital, and planned to proceed with building the city’s water treatment plant.

Earlier on Wednesday, President Jokowi announced the government’s plan to allocate Rp 422.7 trillion out of next year’s infrastructure budget for development purposes that included the new capital, stadium renovations, roadwork and healthcare facilities

A global stock trader’s guide to navigating food inflation

Agriculture stocks are beating their global peers this quarter as extreme weather, the war in Ukraine and rising protectionism drive up food prices. Exposure to the sector is a good hedge for inflation, some investors say.

Some exposure is advised to food stocks, similar to what is usually given to oil sector, as a form of insurance, said Marc Elliott, energy transition investment specialist at Union Bancaire Privee in Geneva. “Investing in agricultural names is perhaps a good way to hedge against climate change and certain geopolitical risks.”

Longer-term trends are also working in favor of the industry, he said.

“With the world’s population set to reach 10 billion by 2050, we need to find a way to meet this increased demand in a sustainable way. Equity markets are beginning to see early signs of growth in areas designed to produce food more efficiently and sustainably.”

Specifically, producers in Asia “should benefit from higher raw material prices,” said Minyue Liu, an investment specialist for Asian and Greater China equities at BNP Paribas Asset in Hong Kong.

Some of the food-trading stocks that may benefit from higher prices include Australia’s GrainCorp Ltd., Singapore-listed Wilmar International Ltd., and India’s Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd. and rice producer KRBL Ltd.

Well, as I look around the world, the cheapest asset class is commodities right now. I mean, sugar is way down from its historic highs. Silver is down over 50% from its all-time high. Those are certainly not bubble numbers and commodities are the cheapest asset class. As I said, even the Indian stock market is making all-time highs. So, nothing is cheap except commodities.

The most undervalued asset class, probably agricultural commodities, maybe the Chinese stock market. Yes, probably agricultural commodities.

TSH most likely will announce better result for the next few qtrs.
Many write down and accounting loss have been accounted in the previous qtrs in preparation for SGX listing.
Going forward expecting better result in the coming few qtrs for the new listing in SGX.
Announcing dividend is not out of question to welcome the new listing .
