Having reviewed their latest audited report 2023,the auditors have expressed " clean audit opinion " on the state of affairs of the company. The corporate government is sound in place as reported and so is their sustainability developments in the future.

In view of the foregoing, there is no cause of concern.

Bursa Malaysia has warned Reneuco Bhd that its shares will be suspended if it fails to submit its annual report for the financial year ended Sept 30, 2023, by Feb 8.

If you still hold the above shares,stay out like S Dynamic (SD) where no latest audited reports are available.

joyvest…the newly purchased land by SCIB is situated at Demak Laut Industrial Area not far from Seaport, Kuching Port Authority. Another new port also on construction nearby the present port so import/export activities are more nearer and convenient for SCIB now compared to the previous factory 😎🤞

SCIB is involved in heavy construction materials such as pre-cast concrete piles etc which must be conveniently located near the sea port for sea transportation. SCIB is playing a very important role to the development of sound infrastructure etc in Sarawak present and future....

KUCHING (Feb 6): Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg has proposed another Industrialised Building System (IBS) factory be built in Central Sarawak.

He said the establishment of the factory there serves to accommodate the construction of affordable housing and commercial areas for the central and northern regions of the state.

“I propose to the Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA) and CTR Technology Sdn Bhd to construct an IBS factory somewhere in the central region – perhaps in Bintulu.

“It would be quite a distance for the IBS factory in Kuching to send its logistics (to the central and northern zones). Since we are developing Jepak constituency, the IBS system will also be implemented there,” he told a press conference after officiating the IBS factory in Demak Laut here on Tuesday.

No External Audit issues
No issues with SC
No qualified audit opinion
No high gearing issues
No Board Room tussle issue
No hanky panky in Top Management
Given the above , there is no reason to believe that it can not spike in times to come....

Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Zohari menambah, sistem IBS merupakan kaedah yang mesra alam selaras dengan kehendak alam sekitar sekaligus menghasilkan rumah yang berkualiti.

Beliau menambah lagi , salah satu projek perumahan campuran di Jalan Depo, Samariang dan skim pembesaran kampung luar bandar di Kabong dan Asajaya akan menggunakan sistem IBS tersebut.

Dalam majlis tersebut juga, Premier turut melawat kilang IBS LCDA CTR tersebut.

Hadir sama Timbalan Premier Sarawak, Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, Menteri Kerja Raya, Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi, Timbalan Menteri Tenaga dan Kelestarian Alam Sekitar Sarawak, Datuk Dr. Hazland Abang Hipni, Timbalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Sarawak (Perancangan Ekonomi & Pembangunan) Datu Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Zaidel dan dif-dif kenamaan yang lain.
