previously, those who sold the shares at 130-134 are the principal officer that holding position such as Head of Finance and Admin (second hand of Ms Kok), Head of Tender department, M&E department. but after they sold, U see they took up ESOS again, and not yet sell until now... I assume some of them bot 1 batch, sold it, than get another bigger batch. and I assume they are not market kaki. take the quick money and be happy to enjoy.
If you read the Balance sheet, the Development Cost has swelling up to 700mil. but you dug further in, no announcement on major acquisition of land, but JV with land owner. That means that must be accounting standard to require Gadang to book in the JV land cost.
700 mil property development cost, once develop, U see they can make profit or not? Gadang no need to face the risk of land cost or cash flow being tight up wor. no develop no cost. They can wait see market condition and slow slow build. Long term ma... Kwasa land still not in yet

Yes thsw, i don't deny their long term earning ability. Just that they are not doing so well these few quarters and the chart reflects that. just that my perspective is short term around 1 year. Yes the funds are just "holding". If you want movement you need active fresh buying. Check out reuters.com or ft.com, now they are just sleeping. Any mediocre counters also got foreign fund hold and sleep:-)
Hold more than 1 year and earn capital gain of 24% (including free warrants), yet to say final dividends of 7+3 = 10 sen XD. Although unlike other counters earn so much, at least it provides consistent & cumulative gain to me. This is what I pick up and I luv it XD
aseng has Gadang shares also, do not intent to buy or sell now, just waiting patiently for good news, then the big kaki will come in sapu kuat kuat aseng do not see the price everyday aseng very confident ,by the end of the year, Gadang will give aseng at least 20% capital gain plus the dividend 3 sen ( equivalent to 7.5 sen before bonus) , it is a big money
if now you ask aseng when he will sell his Gadang Aseng answer : NEVER
