其实之前一心想要下到1.29才买进,结果前几天在1.31时就开始买进了,还算满意。开始觉得凡事都不必算到太尽。一只有前景又冷了那么久的股,现在任何低价买进都是值得的

@echo 也别太过犹豫。至少它们未来的成本已大大减少 并且距离目标的合约数目已逼近。过去几年上头所承诺的大部分都已实现。可见管理层是能够被信任又有远见的。

公积金看中Mitra 原因如下:
1) 盈利2017财政年。
2) 2H 2017 获得建筑合约工程。(insiders 料早已知道)
3) 已经一年了,股价处于rm1.30+-,完全被忽略。
4) 2017财政年会收到的账。

2016财政年Mitra 盈利达rm117 mil, 这点比起同行的强很多,相信也是EPF 留意到的其中理由。

From what I know their project I can say 80 to 90 percent government job. Collection might b slow due to government also very tight at the moment soon or later they able to collect unlike other construction company. Can see they business keep growing n own development is coming up definitely profit will be higher nothing to worry.

Epf keep buying n big boss holding about 40% soon something will happen my personal view this company can invest unlike those glc company. For construction line one of the growing fast company.

mitra收回账平均需要180天,是比以前高了,但不至于没收回账。别忘了营业额提高,账自然高了。

政府工程不怕收不回账的,最多是慢。如果政府赖账,MITRA都不会一直標政府工程啦。老板已在媒体放话,两年内公司坏账将会改善。

其它公司坏账收不收得回我不敢肯定,唯独mitra, 能被信赖。第一是管理层的能力,第二是因为他们的job 有80% 是政府工程,政府跑不了。
没有一间公司是十全十美的。就算有,也很难有那个机会让你低价入场。Mitra 除了cash flow 以外,剩下的都算很不错了,例如管理层的处事态度,营业额与盈利的成长。更何况cash flow 方面的问题已被管理层正视,而且也别忘了在construction里面它虽是欠债成长公司,但每一年赚到的却超越了很多家同行,这是值得欣慰的事

MITRA的盈利已经连续17个季度YOY保持成长,但是股价却一直停滞不前。MITRA在1年前的7月15日是RM1.32,一年后的今天才也是RM1.32 (5仙的股息刚刚在7月14日除权), 持有1年的股东赚了5仙的股息之外什么也没有赚到。
现在MIRA的盈利是历史新高,可是股价距离新高的RM1.45还有10%的空间。这个情况跟去年的MAGNI非常相似,盈利一年4个季度都在增长,但是股价却不升反跌。不过MAGNI在积累了1年之后,股价在今年终于爆发了75%之多。MITRA是否可以步上MAGNI的后尘,那就让时间证明吧。
建筑业务是MITRA的主要业务,公司今年的目标是【至少竞标到10亿令吉】的合约。而且2017下半年会有许多大型合约颁发,MITRA或许会有机会分到一块肉。
此外,FY2016产业部门的营业额从2015年的RM55.186 mil增长到RM89.641 mil,PBT也从RM1.643 mil增长到RM26.607 Mil。最新的季度当中,未进账的产业销售从去年Q4的RM160.81 mil 上升到RM204.31 mil。而且管理层在Prospect里也说到产业部门在FY2017会贡献更多的营业额,加上最近才在Puchong推出了PRIMA可负担房屋,2017年的产业盈利贡献有可能会是一支【奇兵】。
南非的业务在2017年预计会疲软,因为未卖出的产业是比较贵的。现在有RM7.25 mil的Unbilled sales在手,盈利贡献明显早下滑。
MITRA现在的下探空间非常有限,但是上涨空间却非常值得期待。HLG给的Target Price是RM1.89,因此这家公司不宜短线操作,需要耐心持守才能获得回报。

MITRA’s uptrend remained INTACT and the stock is poised for a LT objective at RM1.72.

Maintains BUY Rating@MITRA with an Institutional Target Price at lease RM1.89.

BEGIN ON 2H 2017, we continue to like Mitrajaya for its strong construction orderbook that will ensure sustained earnings growth over the next two years.
Furthermore, its orderbook replenishment prospects given its strong delivery track record.

1st Qr. FY2017
MITRA's Construction division 's revenue has increased by RM80.65 million (48.8%) to RM245.76 million from RM165.11 million in the preceding year corresponding quarter. The profit before tax has also increased by RM4.63 million (30.8%) from RM15.03 million to RM19.66 million.

The higher revenue recognition was reflective of the work progress from our sizeable order book. The construction activities are at its advanced stage allowing the recognition of higher level of revenue and profits.

Property Development
The Property development division has contributed higher revenue of RM42.05 million in the first quarter of 2017, an increase of RM16.42 million (64.1%) as compared to RM25.63 million in the preceding year corresponding quarter. As a result of significant profit (RM9.86 million) derived from the compulsory land acquisition, the profit before tax surged by RM9.14 million (157.0%) from RM5.82 million to RM14.96 million in the current first quarter.

据我所知,头30大股东已经控制住mitra 66.29% 股份根据mitra annual report 2016 的分析,近期epf 都加入了mitra这个大家庭还成为了第二大股东5.784%,66.29+5.784=72.074!如果mitra自己 再收购回10%,那散户的股份就会变得越来越少了!

大马建筑商协会(MBAM)主席,同时是美得再也(MITRA,9571,主板建筑股)执行董事的符绩理早前提到,政府应该通过提供奖掖来鼓励业者使用IBS。

“这些奖掖包括更灵活的贷款措施,以及为制造商和承包商,提供部分税务减免。”

“另外,我们也看到政府的推出的一个马来西亚房屋(PR1MA)计划,能够给予相关业者IBS技术大展身手的机会。”

之前大老板跟媒体说今年会竞标一个30亿的工程,是一个27亿建筑和3亿基建的合约。我想如果万一给MITRA拿到,那就有旧定单17亿 + 新定单30亿 = 总定单47亿。

@cjlim.. Allow me to correct your statement.. MITRA has booked a total worth of RM3b for a few projects.. Normally the chances of winning the contract is 20%.. Not 1 project for 3b..
