1) Look at trade receiveables, LAND held for property development increased by RM 131,116 Million. Cash expenditure on this land held was RM 76 MILLION this quarter. Mitra running out of cash or mitra getting more value assets? Up to you to decide. NA per share now 1.06.
2) Cost overrun will continue but till when? I have asked investor relation, the stage of completion is 70%. 70% for a project that is due July 2018.
3)However, the RAPID Project is projected to complete this year end. Mitrajaya would claim from Petronas client early handing over fees. How much would depend on how early is the handing over.

4) Why did this cost overrun happen? Petronas changed consulting group for this specific project. Previously, during their Putrajaya project with Petronas, such requirement was not necessary. Since pointing fingers is useless, the point of stating this is to tell the LONG TERM INVESTORS why is this happening and what is your perception on MITRAJAYA now?
In my opinion,the biggest risk MITRA face is now whether can they replenish their order book and how the unbilled property sales will turn out.
Side note: What is the average construction P/E for construction such as MITRA?
Basing on the Technical Price Charts-MA,MACD,RSI and stochastic the price will still hover at the low. Currently,no signal yet from the RSI or the MACD chart to start to collect or buy. 2.The big question now is why the company did not initiate Share Buybacks which was approved at the last AGM? 3.Or are they waiting for further slide in the stock price before buying and collecting.

The drop on 29.August and 30 August was created by EPF? EPF disposed 14+million and acquired 2.5 million.. From 5 to 8 Sept.. There was some buying back after that..
