No need rights as placee will take up 30%consolidated shares at 4times market price say if 10 will be 40 less 10% i.e. At 36 cts,,,,,,,,,,,, so if can push HWGB higher the better,,,,

I think people not understand value of share, actual is 1,000 and value is 1.00 , many company make is small unit come to 10 and value is 10 cent so 10 x 7 cent = 0.70

The selling is just noise, usually by stupid investors. Do they understand the business or potential earnings, nor corporate exercise....
Well, noise is still noise, soon or later, the share price will reflect fundamental. Therefore, it MUST GOES UP.
