FYI, the private placement's price is not fixed yet... The proposal is a standard announcement tat stated Price can be fixed not more than 10% to the 5 days average price... The Placement price is determined later... The RM1.70 is only for illustrating purpose...

He need more fund to execute those project plan that's why PP is in the move..not say WCT no good, it still bright especially once the PP is go through n raise money via other big shareholders (epf/lembaga/etc)..at that moment all project plan can move smoothly:)

That's why I said PP price too low. The GLCs' should have no problem picking up PP shares even at abv RM 1.80.

i myself am holding lots of we avg around 21c...but expire in 2020 so i am not worried. keep lo

but then again, now maybe a good opportunity to collect again becoz all wct shares n warrants price dropped a lot hehe

FYI, the price is fixed at a discount not more than 10% discount on the 5 days average price....WCT price could move up to RM1.90 to Rm2.00 by the time they fix the price..
