DL as one of the low profile billionaire-developer is not stupid to pay a premium price for WCT.Quite normal the transaction price has to agreed by both parties for DL to gain control of the company.By buying WCT he has a construction outfit.Work from his mega-development projects can then be channelled and managed by WCT.Concurrently,DL can monetise the landed assets under WCT.He is thinking long-term on the growth of the companies owned by him.Cheers,bro.-Be patient for you to hook the big fish.

When the proposal and restructuring is announced, u will see analyst start calling to buy.. By the time, WCT-WE is sky high... It is the time u take extraordinary profit.. It is just the beginning stage tat we called "collection stage"....next stage u will hear lot of good news coming flowing to market ....
