Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, in tabling the 2021 Budget in the Dewan Rakyat today, however said the implementation of the project was subject to discussions with Singapore.
"The government will continue the HSR project as this project is expected to generate a positive multiplier effect to the country's economy," he said.

Need to show real recovery with QR, those projects cannot help wct recover from icu. If you want to hold long term, can collect some. If short term players, better go elsewhere.

Vaccines come out WCT properties investment business will resume normal and generate operation profit at least 100mil per year. Engineering and Construction business with 5billions jobs on hand estimate contribute operation profit 100mil and Properties development at OUG demanding location estimate will contribute operation profit 70mil .Projection operation profit 270mil . So with 40 cents a piece , where can find in future.

I think wct should follow mitrajaya, cancel the treasurer shares better. Cut the amount of free floating shares will help to support the price.

Will the market crash if budget 2021 cannot be passed this coming Thursday (26/10/2020)? These are the 4 possible scenarios:

1. Parliament will be dissolved and a snap election will be called
2. A state of Emergency in the whole country will be declared by YDPA
3. Muhyiddin will resign and YDPA will appoint an interim PM
4. YDPA will appoint a new PM who has majority MPs support. A new budget 2021 also will be tabled by the new appointed PM.

Will the market go down? Will it crash? Take profit now or wait?
