risk is very low for REITs if the market crash.. all the big malls like Pavilion Mid Valley and Sunway will still have good business... no shop is vacant and the waiting list is 5-7 years if u want to rent a shop at these malls ...
Elite Pavilion Mall can be performing well compared with DAMEN and Intermark mall. Elite PV should be on the same level of profit margin with pavilion mall because they're just next door and link together, if you ask me, that could be good to bring up the value and % of PAVREIT as a whole.
Not sure, but if there is no selldown, I wouldn't have the chance to accumulate shares in Pavilion Mall. This is a good buy, I reckon, with so many people visiting it everyday.
