The company generates 79c for every ringgit n receives good dividend of 14.3% of my investment plus chance of price appreciation +bonus issues.So make,make profit,then can shop and shop with joy,Ha!ha........good...good ending

A holding company incorporated in a tax haven owns Chinese subsidiaries. It lists in Hong Kong or Singapore or the USA or Malaysia and raises money. The controlling shareholder disappears with the assets and the minority shareholders are left holding the bag.

I'm encouraged that CF isn't a Chinese citizen that can disappear into the PRC with the cash and other assets. I'm discouraged to see lots and lots of insider selling and the resignation of the auditor. It will be interesting to see which way this goes.

Elpin...,I am annoyed when bloggers keep on doubting the creditability of the BOD when their performance of the Company is the best of best in term of current price.
Ealier MR CF had given 3 valid reasons during SGM why the former auditor was replaced.Now we have the 5th largest auditor whose hq is in USA yet we still want to question the management about packing up.
In China it is execution/life imprisonment if it breach of trust/embezzlement and it is not easy to disappear into thin air when you are well known.
Also he is stil very rich by being the boss of CSL and doesn't need to abscond with the money.
If you think it is so scary,you don't have to invest in CSL but other Malaysian counters which you think are good.
When I read other forums,I can't find anyone keeps tearing the reputation of the company which they have invested even they are rotten and useless.
My conclusion is this group still wants to suppress the price of CSL to acquire more of its stake.
I have already warned in my earlier postings the master who keeps imprisons the slave must either be arrested or out of mercy sets the slave free.
The choice is yours,watch out
