By Petronas into this New CO without undue Gossip "( This my Honest Opinion ) Selling OMV to Petronas as

If i compare SAP and SerB, Bad news about SAP finances already spreading like wild fire 2 years ago while
SerB is still Rock Solid 6 months ago....The moment things turned Bad in SerB, Bankers put SerB's Asset
under Hammer in One month.........It is very Clear, it is NOT easy break SAP with GLC refusing to Let-Go

If the SAP success, bank will need to bite the lose, so as the supplier and SAP.

But if SAP fail, Bank will take all the asset include oil assets, supplier will be bankruptcy as nothing left for them.

Sounds and looks easy for Banks to grab SAP asset. Asset means old pipes , hydraulic pumps and rusted Rigs.
When nobody knows how to make money out of asset----it is just scraps Iron. Valuation say asset worth 5billion
but when become scraps iron, just 10mil.....Does Bankers know how to run O & G Co. ?????

When needed bank loans, Assets are worth 20 Trillions but upon default and recalled, these assets are now only a few dollars..!
Why do Banks foreclose loans?? Do you see these bankers holding abandoned properties like condors, bungalows and flats all the time??? Broken down houses??? Why not take a haircut and give free housing??? So stup...d SinGarLan

And when Bankers needed to foreclose they move in Qualified Liquidators to Auctions the Assets.....even rusted ships are worth a few katis of iron...

This 2 rounds we bought Dx at 42c before QR and sold at 47c.
2nd round bought at 39c and sold at 505c and 52c last batch..........He thinks professionals like us need to listen to his BS advices???......Laugh die YOU!!!
