Saving SAP using Foreign Entity is pioneer by former Finance Minister ( Bersatu ) But Mui jerk donT has good
relationship with Saudara Arab. Anwar has good Saudara-ship with many Arab Brothers ( different story )
Anyway Arab attached many attachments making deal very difficult

Do they even have 3-4 B asset to sell at book value? Seriously doubt this. O&G assets are sold at steep discount. Even if they can sell to pay off debts, they still need to replace these assets to generate income.

The only solution so far on the table is bankers willing to take a big haircut.. which is not happening..

To save this company, to be taken private and minority shareholders biting the bullet..

Dont see any reason why this company cannot fold and broken up... emerge as new entity with clean books.
