in the oil industry, a million here and a million there all adds up to billions.
Even a Creative CDRom retail RM55.00 at Low Yat is listed at an OnG catalogue for RM5,500.00

when the project is abandoned such loose items like CDRoms goes missing.
Soil tests, engineering drawings, architectural drawings, engineering samples all worth hundreds of millions are useless once project is abandoned.

Sap has zero technology to do any type of jobs.
Sap must sub-contract out everything to local sub-con. 😁

Multi currency Loan ( Even before this fiasco started, Banks had agreed to Roll Over ) Once Law suits started

Bankers' loan are Long Term Loan ( Bankers need this Loan. Less than 5 Co in Malaysia has Capacity for 10Bil Loan) Not the same as suppliers unpaid Bills ( not loan )

changed 10 Billion Loan to " Long Term Loan ---now in SAP books listed as short term loan ----
Why SAP still insist Bankers take a Hair-Cut?? Bcos SAP to No capacity to borrow More money ---
Reduced 10Bil to 6 Bil---SAP has 4 billion capacity which i think Maybank is willing to loan One Billion

Normally when asking Court extension, always the more extension time the better. However SAP predicament
is Bankers and Suppliers are sitting in opposite ends ( see-saw ) Bankers want SAP to remove Suppliers Lawsuit
First ( pay suppliers first ) I think it will be Done soon ( why ask court for 3 months Extension---One year also
Court Give, not a problem )
