Hahhaah.. Auntie Felicia now running to SAP thread and dare not go TG thread 😂😂😂

When Sapura sells its 50% stake in SapuraOmv to a foreign owned company, then you celebrate.

As it stands, all hypothetical 😂😂😂

Remaining 50% of SapuraOMW is open to sell with price tag RM4.29 billion.

I don't think local company have this buying power. It should be a foreign company.

MrHuangBK
Now it’s 2024, why you never active in Serba anymore? Used to be your home right? 🤣🤣
20/02/2024 5:42 AM

Haha Auntie Huang why you hibernate for 7 years?

Now you missed all the fun. Serba only left 2019 Bonus Issues Free Warrant after making so much money at that counter..

Handsome Sslee is correct as beside trading the PN17 companies no attacks were made in the other 10 Mabel’s counters as they were not a PN17 Companies.

In summary, the association with the attack on PN17 companies reflects the perception of risk and uncertainty surrounding financially distressed firms. Investors approach such situations with caution, much like navigating shark-infested waters in the financial world.

By successfully implementing the regularization plan and providing evidence of financial recovery, a company can regain its standing and exit the PN17 status. It’s a crucial process for companies aiming to restore investor confidence and maintain their listing status. They way Mabel sees it, Sapnrg and Capital A are run by an honest businessman unlike SD.

As Mabel always said, it's all about position sizing so that you can handle the blow if things does not go as you wanted. Beside there are many other counters to play with.

Sapnrg is an integrated oil and gas services provider. It has faced financial difficulties and embarked on a debt restructuring plan. The stock price has been volatile, and the company’s financials have been challenging. While it exhibits some characteristics of a Cigar Butt (beaten down, trading below net liquidation value), it’s essential to assess its recovery prospects.

Haha Mabel Sapnrg holding cost is at 3 sen...Can't go wrong at this entry level.

Serba only left 2019 Bonus Issues Free Warrant. Let’s hope the new Management cum on board.

Haha Auntie Huang..

Why would Mabel want to follow Auntie hibernating for 7 years when Mabel has so many life fulfilling counters in Bursa? So unproductive debating with selective memories Aunty..

Just face it...Auntie is already finished both in PM Corpes and Serba...hihihi..

There are currently 3 types of Investors in Serba:

1. Bonus Issues Investors
2. Pre July21 Suspension Investors
3. Post July21 Suspension Investors

The one that benefits the most is Category 1 who was awarded Bonus Issues, Dividends and took price action during Dec 2020 rally. 2nd is Category 3 who took massive price action during July 2021 rally, Nov and Dec 2022 Pull Back. The Biggest loser are in Category 2 who freeze like Old Monks when they are supposed to take massive Price Action when it matters...Fool Time Trader

The acquisition of a 50 percent stake in SapuraOMV by TotalEnergies has implications for Sapura Energy Berhad

1. Retained Stake: Following the deal, Sapura Energy will retain its 50 percent interest in SapuraOMV. This means that despite the change in ownership, Sapura Energy will continue to hold a significant share in the joint venture

2. Streamlining Portfolio: The agreement aligns with OMV’s Strategy 2030, which aims to reduce oil and gas production over time. By divesting its stake to TotalEnergies, OMV is streamlining its energy portfolio. This strategic move could potentially benefit Sapura Energy by allowing it to focus on other aspects of its business

3. Asset Value: SapuraOMV’s main assets include a 40 percent operated interest in Block SK408 and a 30 percent operated interest in Block SK310, both located offshore Sarawak in Malaysia. Additionally, SapuraOMV holds exploration licenses in Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. The value of these assets and their growth potential will play a crucial role in determining the impact on Sapura Energy

4. Financial Implications: The deal’s cash consideration of US$903 million includes the transfer of a US$350 million loan previously granted by OMV to SapuraOMV. Sapura Energy will receive a substantial cash infusion, which could positively affect its financial position

5. Strategic Partnership: TotalEnergies’ CEO, Patrick Pouyanné, emphasized that the transaction anchors the company’s future growth in Malaysia and reinforces a strategic partnership with Petronas. Sapura Energy’s collaboration with TotalEnergies and its continued involvement in SapuraOMV underscore its significance in the energy landscape

In summary, while the acquisition introduces changes, Sapura Energy’s retained stake, asset value, and financial implications will determine the overall impact. As the deal unfolds, Sapura Energy’s strategic decisions and market response will shape its trajectory in the energy sector.

ConMabel.. today mood is good.

U bashed Auntie Felicia findings to smithereens. She insisted Sapura 50% stake will be sold to a foreign company.

But I think you better look at this para 4 again.. Dont really make any sense 😂😂

Total will give new loan to Sapura?

4. Financial Implications: The deal’s cash consideration of US$903 million includes the transfer of a US$350 million loan previously granted by OMV to SapuraOMV. Sapura Energy will receive a substantial cash infusion, which could positively affect its financial position

Hahaha.. Auntie Felicia..

The topic is SapuraOMV cannot be fully foreign owned. I say not possible.

U came up with Shell and PTEPP fully owned by foreigners.

Now say U didnt argue Total must own 100%

Then what were you arguing about???

U seem confused.. 😂😂😂😂

And the DUMBEST statement : If Sapura is able to resolve the cash flow problem without dispose the remaining 50% of SapuraOMW, this is wonderful.

Hahahahhahahahhaha

Hahhaa.. Auntie Felicia

What are your main point in the argument?

Mine is clear.. U posted yourself

Posted by MrHuangBK > 1 day ago | Report Abuse

Everyone can read. U said Sapuraomv can be 100% foreign owned. It’s not possible in Malaysia.

Totalenergies just took over OMV 50% shares

So you are arguing my point..

Can Sapura Stake in SapuraOmv sell to foreign company?

Hahhaa.. Auntie Felicia still degil.. 😂😂😂

Im sure people interested will take my hint and look into 2012 and 2018

Look at shareholdings Malaysia vs Foreign

If SapuraOmv is fully 100% owned, will it get Petronas approval in 2024?

All Auntie Felicia has proven 100% foreign companies working with Petronas..

She hasnt proven SapuraOmv can be 100% fully foreign owned and allowed to work with Petronas. I say again, not possible. Time over 1 year has proven this point.
