Great financials. Earnings per share is 63 sens. At 10 times PE, the stock should be trading at 6.30 fairly. Very cheap at today's price.

Will accumulate more for dividend and future growth. Although next year might not be able to pay 30 cents which is above it's 40% policy like this year but still the dividend are still pretty nice.
