AAX issuance of shares will be to acquire aviation asset from Cap A. After completion, it will be a pure airlines play. People will benchmark against SG Airlines which is trading at 20x PE historical.
AAX easily make 60 sen EPS per year for 2023. Give 5x PE already RM3 value.
Thats why i say the shareholders of AAX would oppose strongly if AAX is to salvage Cap A with 5 b new shares even 1b shares is considered to be a " mission impossible " for Tony
All eyes are on AAX , not Cap A. Cap A is passive in their position where their survival is at the sole mercy of AAX. Hence , Cap A would just comply with what Tony will put on the table. Take it or leave it.
Strong queue at 1.89 with 550,000 shares waiting to BUY. Looks like institutional player has really come in waiting for ikan bilis to sell AAX shares at cheap price.
It is expected that the new shares of 32 m through PP is to be flooded with the market any moment from now hence a cascade of falls is imminent bearing in mind that PP issued price was RM 1.55.
with USD 20m you can buy 5-7 private jets ( cirrus Vision Jet SF50 ) which is the cheapest of all models , selling from just USD 2.85 m. you must be joking to buy 9 aircrafts using RM 20 million.
Funnny talking like funds buy PP to make profit... u think they are retailers???? enough to get new planes... not pay direct if pay direct how saudi can buy 150 planes and lease term yaaa hoho if u dont know that most airlines these days dont own their planes hihi
" Somebody " ( certainly not retailers ) has subscribed for PP at the cheaper price than the open market price. However , " anybody" always buys at open market price. Who is the winner and who is the loser? the winner takes it all but the loser stands small........................ are you somebody or anybody?

Information from AAX Q1 end 31/3/2023 financial report: RM50 million of new capital which will serve to bolster our short term working capital requirements, strengthening the balance sheet as the Company continues to recover and grow its operations in this post-pandemic era, primarily for the reactivation and maintenance of the Company’s growing fleet.
Q1 end 31/3/2023 Maintenance and overhaul: RM (63,490,000) this is the cost to reactivare 2 aircrafts and maintenance of 9 aircrafts.
Posted by investormalaysia > Jun 13, 2023 10:12 AM | Report Abuse Next month can buy. Cuz last time use 20 mill buy 9 aircraft. Now 50 mill buy 22 aircraft? How long the process of buying aircraft? 2 weeks?
I thought is: Previously RM4 after 10:1 become RM0.40 after Covid should be back to RM4! BUT now…. RM0.40 still RM0.40 and re issue PP to add new 90% share to market, now already 15% new share confirmed flow to market … After 90% new share flowed, will our share be toilet paper?
