All these call warrants are issued by investment banks and have nothing to do with the companies themselves.
It is legal n sanctioned by Bursa. The investment banks then invites u place yr bet. If the mother share falls n these warrants go out of the money like toilet roll, the investment banks will laugh all their way to the bank.
U should be complaining to the Securities Commission.

Come on la. Stop talking nonsense. Warrants are not issued by banks but by the company. If the warrants are converted to shares at $7.96 cashflow wise the company gains RM7.86 considering that the nominal value is RM0.10 In this case company stand to "lose" this amount for every warrants not converted. Having said that the company had already pocketed RM1.50 for every warrants that they issued in 2013.
