Kenken85, can take a look of the announcement, directors are accumulating and AGM has passed the resolution and also Progressive holdings and Vertical Capacity also accumulating and als EPF. Thus share buy back will commence in October

TP ranges from, 2.80, 3.40, 3.50 and 3.90. Average target price is about RM3.40, based on today's price, there is a potential upside of 80 sen or 31%, by end of this year or early next year. The low pricing is mainly due to EPF unload, they will buy back later. It is a Syariah stock.

One of the stronger property with strong cash flow, large land bank, stable (no problem is there is crisis), experience and with strong growth of at least 15% for next couple of years. It may be snap up soon. The family bought a lot at RM2.60-2.70.

Still at current property market condition, suppressed SG market and still troubled china market, I still don't see any major catalyst that can lift the property market upwards that high in short term.

Disposed all the IOIPG yesterday and use this money to accumulate some invested stocks to average the cost especially for Alam. Present sell down in stock market at least whipped off 15% of the total gain in this year as O&G is my major portion of my portfolia.

U.S. economic news was mostly positive on Thursday. Jobless claims fell by 23,000 to 264,000 in the week ended Oct. 11, the Labor Department said Thursday. Economists surveyed by The Wall Street Journal had forecast 290,000 claims.
Separately, industrial production rose 1% in September, the Federal Reserve said Thursday, beating expectations of a 0.4% gain.

What is the catalyst for it to begin flying? Nothing in near terms from what I can see. If this counter keep churning high dividend and gives it out twice a year. I will be content to keep it for long term.

Great LANDBANKS. Boring stocks, looking for marathon investors, not sprinters. Potential, but pretty boring and slow. Wish it can run up higher as quick as it came down. Normally we see stocks takes 2 years to double and 2 months to come down, this could be the opposite.
