Hextar is the major shareholder even before the Right issues.
That is why it was renamed from SCH BHD to Hextar Industries BHD
The percentage of holdings increases. 30 odd percent to current 46%.

Doubt there is a new date. There is no mention on a new expiry date so
should remain the same , but only difference is exercise price reduced to 16 sen.

Thanks winterwolf. I find it strange at the profile of warrant stating conversion is non-mandatory and mahurity is not applicable. Usually last day of trading is about 3 weeks before expiry whuch means the last day of trading for warrant will be very close if expiry is on 5th Dec. If so, there will be an announcement next week on the expiry which makes this warrant risky if operator dorsn't push up the mother

I just notice from the link you provided, the listing date of the warrant for both the old ( 68m shares) and new warrant ( 61m shares ) had been changed.

Never appear in any of the documents.

In bursa history, there is no such thing as no expiry date for any warrant that was issued.
The registrar and Bursa need to clarify this issue. Clarity is absence here.
