Please do not go and buy hurry hurry Monday morning particularly for newbies and newcomers.Europe market is terribly bad and Dow Jones may not do well tonite. Brent oil price is so so. It is only a trial production and we do not know whether got anoconda or buaya. So guys, exercise your discretion and may be you may get 2 or 3 cents lower.

Supply disruptions and the lag time associated with OPEC’s ability to increase production could send oil prices to $100 a barrel, but this isn’t good news for the economy and the oil industry, Total’s chief executive Patrick Pouyanne told Bloomberg in an interview.

Disruptions in supply coming from Iran, Venezuela, and Libya give strong support to oil prices and they may head into triple-digit territory, according to Pouyanne, who reminded Bloomberg television that he predicted this development as early as in June this year.

On the other hand, although OPEC has pledged to boost production, output hasn’t increased so much, Pouyanne told Bloomberg.

Saudi Arabia has capacity of 11 million bpd, but boosting production from current levels would need time, because they have to mobilize rigs.

“You don’t push a button and then oil flows. It’s more complex than that,” Pouyanne said.

Total’s chief executive believes that $100 oil is a real possibility, but he is not especially thrilled with it.

Even with additional borrowing of USD50mil for Capex to drill additional wells, the financial cost (interest and repayment of principal of all borrowings) is approx. RM22mil/qtr. If oil maintains USD80pb, they can breakeven at 5000bpd. Beyond 5000bpd is guaranteed exponential profit. Do the math yourself if you want to be convinced!!

HIBISCUS before is for small player to join,now up to 1.000 above is for big buyer to join,costing too higher,share price stand at 1.000 above after up down 0.040 to 0.050 is normal..if share price below 0.500 after up down 0.040 to 0 .050 is terrible...HIBISCUS I also regret sold it because urgent using money,sold it at 0.525..if stay until now still got 120% can take,but this time I will stay with reach until 1.000 above..no more chance to searching out like this future stock..but important the oil price must stay at 70 above...if oil price stay this area reach will keep going uptrend mode and increases current asset to let production strong and strong,I very confidence with reach will shooting up to 2.000...Kazakhstan there also got China O&G company,so future is really become RICH..

I think reach Monday expect open 0.450..after break 0.500 close 0.520 area,reach this a few day shake out a lot short investor,after oil price 73 above and trial production announcement,so monday is a VERY EXCITED DAY (personal thinking)

Next announcement is drilling report and next QR..pipeline transport to cut cost this project havent done yet,maybe last 2018 will be announcement,currently production cost is $25 per barrel,pipeline transport will cut $5..after only $20 per barrel cost production..REACH have a lot of NEWS havent report yet..

Reach Energy gets nod for North Kariman field trial production

Reach Energy Bhd's producing asset in Kazakhstan, Emir-Oil LLP, has obtained authority approval to commence the trial production period of the North Kariman field in Kazakhstan for 15 months.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Reach Energy said the 15-month trial production period will commence on Oct 1, 2018 to Dec 31, 2019.
The approval granted for the trial production period allows Emir-Oil to put the North Kariman wells on production, and this is expected to increase current oil production levels substantially.

In the meantime, oil is soooooo bullish even the poor quality Oman Oil with high sulfur content and sour heavy crude oil is selling at 90.90 pb which puzzled the oil traders lately. Then let us invest long term in Reach while it is still cheap and affordable. Reach will hit multi new highs as oil climb towards 100 pb soon.
