Reach Energy has tremendous potential to move up multiple times simply because of Emir-Oil region has a land area slightly bigger than Singapore ! The Oil block area in Kariman and North Kariman is indeed very rich in high grade Brent oil. With the TPP approval by the Kazakhstan govt. Reach will be able to increase the oil production much more. Soon, Reach have the capacity to hit 12000-20000 bpd.

B4b4, price up now mere on oil price rally and trial news... projected prod by end year 3.9k bpd @ 34% increase and gradually up to 5k from its only asset. So next qtr might be 14m and early 2019 would be 72% increase @ 19m.

the 12k bpd CPF only projection commission in 3Q19 (only commisioning), so actual prod may only happen in 4Q19 and contribute at 1Q20.

i do believe its future growth but 5 qtrs ahead still too far to tell.

based on next 3 qtrs earning if i take 44m, if rolling to 4 qtrs, minus 21m loss, profit = 23m eps stand 0.021, at 80c, pe is 38.

Premium is the diff between its price + exercise price - underlying stock price . If +, it in the money and vice versa.

If the warrant expired tomorrow, current value is out of money, you warrant is worthless if not converted. Gbgaqrs WA for example where lot people losing money.
