current mother price 0.51

if exercise today
= 0.12 + 0.75
= 0.87 (your mother share cost now)

0.51 - 0.87 = - 0.36 (out of money)

advantage of warrant is much cheaper cost but same gearing (mother up, son up) but not entitle to div or attend agm

since maturity far away at 2022, you can buy warrant for capital gain but not for conversion.

Right now there is very little risk in og stocks. Inventories in US, Russia and Saudi are at historic lows. Supply is tightening, and demand is so bullish. Brent went up by 7% within a week only! Soon oil will hit 90, then og stocks will make more profit. Reach Energy recent approval from the Kazakhstan government speaks out well that more good news otw from Emir-Oil.
