Brent Rises Above $60 for First Time in 2 Years

Brent crude oil rose above $60 a barrel on Friday for the first time in more than two years on rising expectations that OPEC countries and other major producers will agree to extend their production-cut deal through the end of 2018. Brent went up 1.6% to $60.18 a barrel around 5:00 PM London time and crude oil jumped 2% to $53.75 a barrel.
