Put yourself in the major shareholders(MS) position, what would you do:
1) allow warrants to expire, nobody benefits 2) allow warrants to be in the money, MS can either sell in the open market and reaps big $$$ or convert to mother shares too 3) $$$ collected from the conversion is needed for cash flow especially unexpected COVID-19 and more importantly, PTRANS has big bank loans to service
Tksw, sorry, hard to get 185, only one sold at 185 until now today. maybe he cannot wait. Yesterday, mostly 185, today 190, tomorrow 195, then 200, I hope, haha

just check online now, Ipoh to Cameron Highlands. Today more than half full. From the pattern of the occupied seats, ie. Passengers seated alternately, afew adjoining seats occupied, may be this pattern due to social distancing. I don't know for sure as I am not traveling anyway. Surely good sign, moving back to normal, Ptrans moving back in business.
Btw, I posted quite detailed message about right issues based on Vsolar case. If you don't know about theoretical ex price, may check it out on Vsolar.
Just an idea: not a few commented that this counter has strong fundamentals, but price not moving up. Why not try to promote abit in your other counters? Some people do that with their counters. But must be reasonable, haha, I just did it at Vsolar counter.... first time in my life!⁴
Spielmacher, thanks for the good news about express buses can run at full capacity! Repeat here just in case some one miss it and miss the chance to top up.
This company rely too much on govt subsidy, without subsidy, their bus line is making loss every year, plus they need to renew the subsidy contract with govt after some time, what happen if fail to renew? If they want to renew, what are the benefits to give up for the govt? and i smell something fishy about the project facilitation fee that occupy more than 50% of terminal operation revenue that only comes from one company, sound like money laundering right? Anyone can solve this riddle?
