Just called Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd (03-78490777) to enquire about the converstion of Ann Joo PA.

All you need to do:
1. fill up the form
2. pay the conversion price of RM1.30 for each PA in bankers' cheque,

The Ann Joo ordinary shares will be reflected in my trading account within 8 market days.

The only charges incurred will be admin charge about RM21.

guys, so if I buy Annjoo-PA now the exercise price is RM1.80 or RM1.30?
IF rm 1.80 + 2.36 = RM 4.16 is out of the money. which is correct?

JayC it should be RM1.04 (current price) + RM1.30 (conversion price) = RM2.34 . Still in the money

Would it be worth zero nearer to maturity if the share price is still out of money? Would the company redeem it at RM0.5 at the maturity?

i believe yes since the share profile says so:-
- "Any outstanding RCPS not converted or redeemed at the Maturity shall automatically be redeemed by the Issuer at the Issue Price on Maturity together with cumulative unpaid dividends up to the date of Redemption"
