Small town has its appeal. Meaning their KIP Mart supply the necessities and not luxury goods. Luxury goods are the ones that are taking a hit in the economy. Necessities, one would still need to purchase. Hence they have a stead income stream.
Skay, agree with you. All people need daily necessities like rice, cooking oil, sugar, etc. Hence relatively stable revenue. Don't underestimate SMALL. Many things begin in a small way. Even big companies begin with a small share price. The important thing is the strategic locations of these things. Professional valuers have been engaged to determine the economic viabilities of such locations. (See prospectus) Be patient. The management set their KPI of giving 100% returns in 2017. Just patiently wait for the QR.
The price may drop a little as those hoping for capital gain from the IPO may be clearing (why would you go for capital gain for a reits counter?!). It's a dividend stock. Buy it, keep it, and watch it grow. :)
REIT stocks where got lat one, buy for dividend and growth. Buy speculative stocks sure got lat one, either get rich overnight or jump down building. Your pick.
