its good to see ranhill hit a low of 1.23 and now at 1.41 ..... sign of a good fundamentals company, even tho largest shareholder sold at 0.995 but market thinks otherwise, as they say in football the ball is round, it can go either way as the market sees it.... acquisition is symbiotic to all parties including Hamdan, well done :-) peace

I think Ranhill Utilities is worth around 60 sen a share based on its earnings. Because YTL wants to have control of the company, it must pay a premium.
