As mentioned if you are trader then sell and take your profit if your are an investor and plan to hold mid to long term accumulate more and just wait for it to ripe. As far as I am concerned Technology and Semiconductor is the next Boom..as such I believe and know that QES in the long run will grow big as such based on my understanding of QES business and the analysis done I am investing in QES.
