The resignation of the three directors were among the 9 directors whom the duo wish to remove in the EGM. Their resignation was probably receptive to the market which was reflected in the share price last Friday.

@joyvest even 5% of share still big holding imo.. sure still have common interest to protect the share price too, unless it's totally zero and the new buyer of the stock also not buy with the hope that they have strategy to goreng the price back up again, just my simple theory too

Yer, shareholding of 5 % is significant too and the new buyer from EN could be his nominee. The new buyer has made instant paper gain as he has bought it cheap off market from EN. Who knows there could be some kind of deal between them whereby EN shall indemnify the new buyer if the MV has fallen below the original purchase price?

This youtuber seems to be an opportunist and risk taker. The gearing level is reported to be low while cash availability is high , which has probably attracted the Mafia group to penetrate with the agenda to exhaust the cash to the maximum in the end. Fake contracts can be forged with overseas supplier/ clients to siphon the money.
