If you are judging this company and the board just because of that few cents dropped then this means you are not investing (Instead you are actually speculating). But whatever, this is a very good counter and the market is very niche. For me is a buy.

I wonder why the management wanted to announce thr qr so early, maybe they wana prepare for the agm/egm. But based on observstion, when qr out, this counter will experience alot of selling pressure, regardless of the result, in my opinion, this quarter result is consider good if u understand the payment/e-com industry. Im expecting some buaya to ride on the ignorant of the mass market investor to drive the price down to 1.30 at the very least, with price lock at 1.45 above. Looks like the early qr announcement may have caught the buaya pants down.

Let look into how listing expenses & no of share affected the PBT/ shares

Q1 19. Adjusted PBT =38.52M ( 32.12m+ 6.4m) , Q4 18. 32. 55 M ( 27.28M+ 4.97m) , Adjusted PBT = PBT + One off listing expenses) .
No of share Q1 19. 222,848 ,000 shares compare with Q4 18 167,136,000 shares.

The no. of shares increased due to the IPO.. Even so, the earnings per share for the quarter is 0.86 sen which is exactly the same as for Ghlsys.

Holiday season is a gd timing for consumer spending. I read in klse screener someone commented they didnt charge fee on 11.11, if thats the case may not give much push on the processing income.

Richard KH Wong. For me, this is a very good counter. I don't buy shares only based on their financial results (albeit that their financial result is still good because the profits have increase by so much just in the few months). In Malaysia, they are trying to transform us to a digital world with cashless payment. So means that the consumer in Malaysia will be like consumer in China one day who they prefer to use cashless payment rather than cash anymore. So, I couldn't think of any reason why this is not a buy. (This is for long term la but if you are aiming for short term, then you should follow the trend)
