Basically, Sime Darby is the master developer for the area, whereas Nadi is the developer/ contractor for the pieces of land that they bought, specifically for rumah selangorku. Since the construction value alone is estimated at RM777m, I would expect the GDV (i.e. the selling value of the 4,319 of affordable units ) to be be significantly higher probably >RM1b. You may ask why >RM1b... 4,319 units x ~RM300k = RM1.2b?
I suspect there will be follow-up announcements or smtg like that.... hopefully something simpler and straight forward. But overall, it's a great milestone for Nadi for the years to come.
